About twenty years ago I met Dimitri, the middle son of a couple who were friends. His trusting openness quickly won me over to the boy with trisomy 21.

Fifteen years later I met Andrea at an event for single parents. I was once again amazed at the leap of faith that her daughter Samyeli gave me.

The association is now Mensch21! was created, the aim of which is to ensure that these people with sunny dispositions are encountered more often in everyday life thanks to the increased inclusion of people with trisomy21. I want to work for that.
